Hirokazu (Hiro) Saito (Right in front row, President) has more than 30 years experience in the real estate business ranging from land acquisition, development, construction, to property management in Japan, Brazil and the United States. During this period, he developed more than 500 houses in California and Texas as Senior Vice President and President of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd's subsidiaries in the United States and he also had developed 5 luxury condominiums (approx. 2,000 units), 4 office buildings (approx. 2.6 million square feet), and 2 hotels (900 rooms) in Manhattan as representative of Kumagai Gumi Co., Ltd. in New York office.

Tatsuhiro (Tatsu) Fujinami (Cetner in back row , Vice President) has joined IBC Group in 1997 after experiencing 20 years in Daiwa House Corporation of America in California and Daiwa House Indstry Co., Ltd in Japan. He has a broker's license in New york and Japan.

Silva Demirjian (Left in front row, Accountant) joined IBC Group in 1998. She has more than 30 years experience as an accounting and always provide best service with her resposbile attitude.
